London Registrars plc is a firm of business consultants and company secretaries offering comprehensive corporate services since 1999. In recognition of the outstanding quality of our work we obtained ISO 9001:2000 certification in July 2008, which has been now upgraded to ISO 9001:2008.

Meet our team:

Peter Driver, Client Services Director
Peter, the co-founder of London Registrars plc, is an experienced senior company secretary and legal consultant with over 30 years experience. Apart from overseeing the entire company secretarial department and managing the delivery of our company secretarial services, he regularly attends and advises at board meetings and delivers papers on compliance and governance for consideration at those meetings.

Renee Trusch, Managing Director
The managing director of London Registrars plc, Renee has a business administration and accountancy background and is responsible for running the company. She also oversees our process agency, bookkeeping and accountancy services.

Claire Parr, Senior plc Qualified Company Secretary and AIM Client Co-coordinator
Claire, our co-ordinator for AIM clients, has over 17 years’ experience in the AIM market and fully listed companies. Claire’s main areas of expertise include providing a comprehensive company secretarial service, managing board meetings and documentation, property portfolio management, intellectual property protection and trade mark registration. Claire also worked on high value corporate transactions, including company re-organisations involving acquisitions and disposals of subsidiaries and transfers from main listing to the AIM market and de-listing from AIM.

Jennifer Skeels, Senior Company Secretary and Public Sector Co-ordinator
Jennifer is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and a member of its Council. Jennifer has 20 years’ work experience in financial services regulation, latterly as Deputy Company Secretary of the Financial Services Authority. Jennifer has worked with various Government departments, including HM Treasury, to deliver projects in line with agreed targets and outcomes. Jennifer’s responsibilities included supporting the Board and its Audit and Risk Committees, providing guidance to staff and Board members on managing conflicts of interest and ensuring compliance with governance and statutory obligations. She has extensive experience within the public sector – currently acting as company secretary for our large London based ALMO client.

Andy Banks, Senior Company Secretary
Andy is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Company Secretaries and Administrators. He has spent much of his career in the electricity and power industries. He was until recently Company Secretary of the Energy Networks Association, which he helped to establish. Andy has extensive experience of providing company secretarial support to trade organisations as well as private limited companies and companies limited by guarantee, where he has been involved in incorporations and dissolutions, board meeting administration, trade marks and intellectual property issues. Since he joined us in 2006, he has increasingly become involved in assisting Claire with our AIM clients’ work and Jennifer with our public sector work.

Caitriona Murphy, Trainee Company Secretary
Caitriona is a graduate of Waterford Institute of Technology, Ireland (WIT) with a BA (Hons) in Business Management with Law (formally known as General and Corporate Administration), and a Masters, MBS in Business Studies with Corporate Administration. Her primary degree provided her with an insight into company secretarial practice, corporate administration and company law whilst her postgraduate studies concentrated on domestic and international corporate governance and compliance. Her particular interest is in corporate governance. Caitriona joined us in August 2009 while working towards becoming an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Company Secretaries and Administrators. Since then she has been working with her senior colleagues and has become a valued member of Jennifer’s team.

Rani Srikanth, Company Secretary
Rani is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and is also a qualified company secretary in India. Rani manages her own portfolio of medium sized clients. She is currently on maternity leave.

Neil Meddemmen, Company Secretarial Administrator
Neil joined London Registrars shortly after its inception as a legal assistant but has recently changed over into our company secretarial department where he is now working as an administrator. He prepares and submits our clients’ Annual Returns and does most of our web-filing on behalf of our clients.
He is also involved in the preparation for board and general meetings and prepares the board packs and ensures that all the information is received from the various sources in good time.

Abi Oke, Paralegal
Abi is a UK post-graduate law degree holder. She works as a paralegal with the company. She is also a qualified solicitor in Nigeria and has had over 18 years experience of legal practice.

Marta Hupinska, Marketing
Marta has an economics and marketing degree. Before joining London Registrars, she worked as a marketing executive for a large and well recognised international company. She is responsible for our marketing and communications functions.

Sultana Begum, Sharepoint Administrator
Sultana is our senior administrator and concentrates on the IT side of the business, while also assisting with general management. 

And other members of our team providing administrative support.

We also have a number of associates with whom we work closely and who assist us to deliver specific services such as IT consultancy and auditing.
