Meet our team:
Peter Driver, Client Services Director
Peter, the co-founder of London Registrars plc, is an experienced senior company secretary and legal consultant with over 30 years experience. Apart from overseeing the entire company secretarial department and managing the delivery of our company secretarial and paralegal services, he regularly attends and advises at board meetings and delivers papers on compliance and governance for consideration at those meetings.
Renee Trusch, Managing Director
The managing director of London Registrars plc, Renee has a business administration and accountancy background and is responsible for running the company. She also oversees our process agency, bookkeeping and accountancy services.
Claire Parr, Qualified Company Secretary and AIM Client Co-coordinator
Claire, our senior Company Secretary with over 19 years’ experience in the AIM market and fully listed companies. Claire’s main areas of expertise include providing a comprehensive company secretarial service, managing board meetings and documentation, property portfolio management, and intellectual property protection and trade mark registration. Claire also worked on high value corporate transactions, including company re-organisations involving acquisitions and disposals of subsidiaries and transfers from main listing to the AIM market and de-listing from AIM.
Andy Banks, Senior Company Secretary
Andy is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Company Secretaries and Administrators. He has spent much of his career in the electricity and power industries and was, until he joined us in 2006, Company Secretary of the Energy Networks Association, which he helped to establish. Andy has extensive experience of providing company secretarial support to trade organisations as well as private limited companies and companies limited by guarantee, where he has been involved in incorporations and dissolutions, board meeting administration, trade marks and intellectual property issues. Since joining us, Andy has been involved in running the committees of a large London based ALMO and increasingly in assisting Claire with our AIM clients’ work.
Ian Smith, Chartered Company Secretary
Ian is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Ian joined us in January 2010, having previously worked as a solicitor (although he is no longer practising as such, having decided to make the switch to a company secretarial career). Ian has a wide remit including board support, legal compliance and corporate governance but is also involved with projects which suit his legal training, including administrative restorations, corporate identity theft and share capital restructuring. He is also managing our clients who are listed or seeking to list on junior exchanges, in particular the GXG exchange in London.
Rani Srikanth, Company Secretary
Rani is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Rani specialises in company secretarial audits and manages her own portfolio of medium sized clients, often working at clients’ premises. As Rani is also a qualified company secretary in India, she also manages our interests in India.
Neil Meddemmen, Assistant Company Secretary
Neil maintains our clients' Statutory Registers on our company secretarial software and does most of our web-filing on behalf of our clients. He also prepares and submits our clients' Annual Returns to Companies House and manages most of our flat management clients. He also deals with our incorporations, both for LLPs and Limited Companies.
Abi Oke, Paralegal
Abi is a our paralegal. She is a qualified solicitor in Nigeria and has had over 18 years' experience of legal practice. Abi also has a master's degree in commercial law and she provides legal support to our company secretarial clients.
Jacyntha Gallant, Senior Administrator and Process Agency Manager
Jacyntha is our general office manager and also manages our process agency business, assisted by Kayley and Monwara.
Alan Stanley, Accountant
Alan manages our accounts and is responsible for the provision of bookkeeping and accountancy services to our clients.
Sultana Begum, Payroll and SharePoint Administrator
Sultana is our payroll administrator and responsible for running our own and our clients’ payrolls. She also concentrates on the IT side of the business, her particular responsibility being the maintenance of our clients' SharePoint sites.
And other members of our team providing administrative support.
We also have a number of associates with whom we work closely and who assist us to deliver specific services such as IT consultancy, employment consultancy, personal and company tax return, advocacy and auditing.
