Bookkeeping and accountancy

We provide full outsourced bookkeeping and accountancy service suitable for start-ups as well as established trading companies. Thanks to outsourcing your company bookkeeping and accountancy functions to us you will be able to benefit from our expertise without incurring the overheads involved in employing full-time bookkeeping or accountancy staff.

We will assign a manager and a senior team member to provide your accountancy support.

Our bookkeeping and accountancy services include
  • payroll (from PAYE registration to the preparation of the P11Ds)
  • completion of HMRC’s New Company enquiry forms
  • arranging changes in accounting yearend dates
  • preparing the registration documents for VAT Registration
  • maintaining sales, purchase and nominal ledgers, credit control
  • preparing the monthly profit and loss accounts in a format convenient to our clients
  • controlling cash flow and preparing payment schedules
  • preparation and submission of the quarterly VAT returns
  • dealing with the yearend work and adjustments in order to prepare the statutory accounts with the corporation tax computations, ready for sign-off by the accountants.

Developing financial procedures
We also develop financial procedures for our clients to ensure that they remain up to date and in line with best practice. Once all the systems are set up, we maintain the bookkeeping and accounting functions including statutory accounts’ draft preparation for the accountants or auditors for sign-off, ensuring that the professional fees are kept to a minimum. Once we have discussed your requirements in detail with you, we will be able to give you an estimate of the costs involved and suggest a monthly fee for ongoing work. This will be reviewed after three and six months.

Tax advice and returns
Our services also include advising individuals on their tax liabilities and preparation of their tax returns.

Sourcing accountants and auditors
We also source firms of accountants or auditors for our clients and recommend two or three shortlisted firms for our clients to meet. Please contact us for more detail.
