Company limited by guarantee incorporation

Company limited by guarantee is a private company where the liability of the members is limited to the amount of money they have paid to the organisation as a guarantee in case the company is wound up while they are a member or within one year of their ceasing to be a member. The amount that is guaranteed can be as little as £1.
