Company secretarial services for companies limited by guarantee

We will take care of the administrative side of your company limited by guarantee and ensure that it operates within the law. Within our annual subscription fee we will provide the following company secretarial services:
  • registered office address in Central London (or SAIL address if applicable) † 
  • directors' service addresses
  • maintaining the company's statutory registers
  • preparing and filing the company’s Annual Return 
  • on a change of guarantor, dealing with the guarantee letter and certificate *
  • filing any changes in the statutory registers with Companies House *
  • telephone support in respect of the above during office hours
* Up to 5 changes per annum. Additional transactions charged at £25 plus VAT each.

Our compliance service for private companies limited by guarantee costs £299 plus VAT per annum. The annual return filing fee payable to Companies House is not included, those fees are currently £13 for online filing.

Please note that this is our basic service which does not include managing your board meetings, the preparation of minutes or resolutions, or arranging consultancy work. These will be quoted separately should you require these services.

† Companies must keep all of their statutory registers at either their Registered Office or a Single Alternative Inspection Location (SAIL) based in England or Wales. Where we are appointed as the Company Secretary, but the company's Registered Office is not at our address (where the statutory registers are kept), we will register the SAIL address instead.
