Company secretarial services for companies limited by guarantee

We will look after the administrative side of your company limited by guarantee and ensure that it operates within the law. Within our annual subscription fee we will provide the following company secretarial services:

 
  • registered office address in central London 
  • preparing and filing the company’s Annual Return 
  • maintaining the company’s statutory registers
  • filing any changes in the statutory registers with Companies House *
  • telephone support in respect of the above during office hours.
* Up to 5 changes per annum. Additional transactions charged at £25 plus VAT each.

Our compliance services for private companies limited by guarantee cost £299 plus VAT per annum. The annual return filing fee payable to Companies House is not included, those fees are currently £15 for online filing or £30 for paper filing.

Please note that this is our basic service which does not include managing your board meetings, the preparation of minutes or resolutions, or arranging consultancy work. These will be quoted separately should you require such assistance of ours.
