In-house Interim Company Secretarial Services If your company secretary or any member of your company secretarial team is absent for an extended period due to illness, maternity or paternity leave or for any other reason, London Registrars is able to provide you with company secretarial services to fill the gap. We can provide cover either from our office, or by seconding a suitably qualified member of our company secretarial team to your offices over the relevant period, either on a full or part time basis. We can also provide temporary support for ad hoc projects if your team lacks the time or resources necessary. If your company secretarial records are not entirely up to date, we would recommend we do a statutory and corporate governance compliance audit, which will provide you with a comprehensive corporate ‘health check’ and report on compliance with the Companies Act 2006 (‘the Act’) and on matters such as your company’s articles of association, statutory registers, minute keeping, statutory filing record, share ownership and directors’ service contracts.
