LLP incorporation

When you start a new business with one or more partners and wish to protect yourself from the legal consequences of any partner's negligence, the Limited Liability Partnership is the ideal solution for you.

An LLP allows you to limit your personal obligations for claims against the firm so that you are not responsible, beyond the amount of capital that you have contributed to the company, for the work done by the others which led to the claim.

At London Registrars we’ll take care of all the documents required to register your company as a LLP and ensure that the whole registration process is as short as possible so that you could start making your profit quickly. We will:
  • check if the name you have chosen for your company is available and in line with company name rules
  • prepare incorporation document and statement of compliance in line with the standards set by the Companies Act
  • file the documentation and required fees at Companies House
  • provide legal advice on the issues related to your company formation, obligations and duties
  • forward Certificate of Incorporation to your registered office address*.
The LLP incorporation package costs £99 plus VAT and is inclusive of the standard registration fee payable to Companies House.

If you wish us to incorporate your LLP on the basis of a ‘same day’ incorporation, our fee is £149 plus VAT (as this involves us in attending Companies House personally and waiting for the incorporation to take place, or if that takes too long, returning to Companies House later on the same day to collect the incorporation documents). In addition, the Companies House fee payable for same day incorporations is £50 (no VAT). The cost of the Anti Money Laundering checks is £6 plus VAT per person.
