Registered office address

Every company is required by law to have an address where official correspondence, such as documents from a court, letters from HM Revenue & Customs or from Companies House, can be served. The company’s registered office address must appear on its letterheads, invoices, order forms, websites and financial documents.

Many companies use our address as their registered office in order to benefit from a central London address or to protect their privacy if trading from a home address.

Our registered office service includes the forwarding of all official correspondence to a designated address from our central London office. Our fee for this service is £199 plus VAT per annum and mail forwarding costs.

The registered office service is offered FREE OF CHARGE with our company secretarial package costing £299 plus VAT.
