Meet our teams:

Senior Consultant / Corporate Governance

Peter Driver, director, with over 40 years’ experience, is the senior consultant in corporate governance and company law. He oversees the company secretarial and paralegal teams and takes a leading role with our listed clients, or those preparing for a listing.

General Company Secretarial

Renee Trusch, also a director and in charge of the company’s finances, has some 20 years’ experience in company secretarial matters and mainly looks after charities and flat management companies and advises the company secretarial team generally.

Assistant Company Secretary

Daniel Gough deals with a broad range of clients of various sizes, including a group of over 40 companies. He looks after the day to day compliance and governance as well as special projects.

Assistant Company Secretary

Neil Meddemmen has been with London Registrars for almost 20 years and is in charge of maintaining the client companies’ statutory registers and the filings and communications with Companies House.

Privacy notice to company secretarial clients

This Privacy Notice explains what to expect when we collect and process your personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (‘the GDPR’).

HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION, AND WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect your personal information directly from you when you send an enquiry to us via the contact page on our website, by email or by telephone; and when you return our completed incorporation, directors, shareholders or PSC questionnaires. We collect personal information such as personal identifiers, being your title, your name and your contact details including your email and postal addresses and your telephone number; we may collect additional information when you supply us with certain ID documents such as your passport, driving licence or other ID containing your personal information which we will keep records of. We will not collect any Sensitive Personal Data from you.

WHY WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We collect this information solely for the purposes of performing our contract with you as provider to you or your company of professional services including company secretarial, paralegal, payroll and some accountancy related services. Whilst our contract with you is active, we may also send you a Christmas card, but we will not contact you for any marketing purposes.

WHO WE MAY SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH

We may share your personal information with certain other professionals as required in the performance of our contract with you, e.g. notaries, solicitors, accountants, auditors, share registrars and incorporation agents as well as Companies House, HMRC, etc. We will not share your personal data with any other third parties unless this is required in connection with tax or law enforcement investigations, or suspected money laundering activities and we are by law obliged to do so.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA

We will keep your personal information for the duration of the contract and thereafter for a period of 6 (six) years, or as long as long as it is required by law.

YOUR INFORMATION RIGHTS

You have the right to be informed of any personal information we hold about you, the right of access to this information, the right to have any incorrect data rectified or amended, the right to be forgotten, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object. We do not make any decisions based on automatic processes. You have the right at any time to request in writing copies and information on any personal data we hold, and you may at any time request us to correct or update your personal information.
